Service structure and employees

A team of about 50 professionals provide a 24/7 social intervention service in all Ungava Bay communities. All employees are either cegep or university graduates from various social intervention programs


These devoted professionals have the welfare of Inuit children and families at heart, and although they must enforce measures dictated by law, they always take into account the particular cultural context in which they operate
